A partner for enterprises built to outlast their founders.

SEVNINE stewards farmland, builds agri-businesses, and advises the boards that hold them.

What changes

when

you work with us.

Before

SEVNINE

Guessing what grows revenue

  • A new manager every harvest.
  • Land valued for the sale, not the yield.
  • Succession left to chance.
  • Every season starts from zero.

After

SEVNINE

Knowing exactly what moves the number.

  • One steward, built to stay.
  • Land valued for what it yields.
  • Succession planned generations ahead.
  • Every season compounds the last.

Results.

Within twelve months of a SEVNINE mandate, operators see an average 44% increase in per-acre yield value based on pre and post-engagement performance.

*Across family operations managing $5M–$50M in land value over a standard 12-month engagement.

Land Strategy01

Land valued for what it yields.

We assess every acre for its long-term productive value, not its resale price, and build the plan that compounds it.

Testimonials

"SEVNINE didn't just hand us a plan — they made us the kind of operation that can carry one."

They found three structural problems we'd been blind to for a decade. Two seasons on, our yield value is up 41% and the succession is signed.

FAQ

We steward agricultural enterprises for families and institutions that intend to hold them for generations. That means diagnosing what is actually constraining the operation, designing a structure that fixes it, and working alongside your people to put it in place. We are not a farm management company that runs your day-to-day. We are a stewardship partner that works on the land strategy, governance, and capital discipline behind it.

Most of our mandates sit between $5M and $50M in land value. Below that, the governance overhead rarely pays for itself. Above it, we work selectively and usually alongside an existing board or family office.

A farm manager optimises the season. We optimise the enterprise that outlives it — succession, entity structure, capital allocation, and the decision rights that keep all three aligned once the founder steps back.

Typically the principal or managing partner, whoever holds the operational reins, and the next generation if succession is in scope. We deliberately involve successors early — a plan they did not help build is a plan they will not carry.
